Sovereign Farm offers young Trakehner horses for sale, bred with care and consideration to get the highest quality foals. We have a variety of high quality horses available from foals to youngsters under saddle to broodmares. If you find something you like on our website, please contact us personally! Our Trakehner horses are bred from foundation lines, including some rare treasures of the breed. Our broodmares represent the Trakehner bloodlines of E.H. Maizauber, Buddenbrock, E.H. Sixtus, Matador, Amadeus, Kaspareit, Maifeuer, Pregelstrand, Schubert, and Vincent, plus select Thoroughbred bloodlines.

We had four beautiful foals this year, check them out on the foals page. Please visit our foals of 2008 page to see the new additions from last year! We have continued to utilize frozen semen from proven German stallions in addition to high-quality stallions available in North America. In 2009 we welcomed foals from Elite stallion Lehndorff's, Apollo Sun, Sonset Sieger and the ATA-approved Arabian stallion Aul Magic ox!

Several of our young horses are currently under saddle and in training with dressage trainer Kailee Surplus. Kailee will begin showing more often after she completes her L judging program in spring 2009. Be sure to check the News page for show results and updates!
